There are around 10 bowling alleys in the city of New Delhi. Vasant Kunj has three of them, so if are looking forward to some good games that is the place to head for. There are two on the highway on the way to Mathura as well. These places are a bit cheaper but then when you calculate the fare and add it to the total you will find that there is not much of a saving to be had.
There is a joint at Connaught Place which offers both bowling and billiards. They also have a similar business at Vasant Kunj, owned by the same people. Greater Kailash has one, and Hauz Khas on Aurobindo road also hosts bowling alleys. Make sure you take your friends along and make a party of it. Most alleys have refreshments available.

There are a number of golf courses in Delhi but not all of them are open to non-members, such as the Army Golf Course, where you can only enter as guest with a host who is a permanent member. Out of the others the best three to visit for a game are at Gurgaon, Noida and New Delhi.
The 18-hole course at Dr. Zakir Hussain Road was built in 1931 and has a par of 72. It is also a sanctuary for over 300 species of birds and 200 species of trees. You will find yourself playing stokes over Lal Bangala and another historic monument which happens to be the tomb of one of the concubines of the Emperor of Delhi.

The JK Tyres people first introduced Go Karting in India in 1997. The craze caught on and now Delhi has a 300-metre long track sponsored by the Tyre Company. It was the first one to be developed in the country and a second one was built at Mumbai. The track is located at Faridabad and is some distance from Delhi's centre. The best way to get there is to hire a cab.
It also has a complete entertainment centre with video games, bowling alley, and fast food joints available. It is a great place for you to spend the day with the family, especially if the kids have got bored of visiting historical monuments.

There are a few institutes in Delhi and a couple in Gurgoan and Faridabad that you can visit to do some horseback riding. If you are a beginner, they have trainers to help you learn. While most of the institutes offer monthly and yearly plans, you can also pay per session at a couple of them.
There is also a special children’s riding club located at Sardrajung. The Ryders Sports Academy functions out of two locations, one at Vasant Kunj and the other at Gurgaon. If you are staying at Noida, you can visit their Equestrian Society and if Polo is more your speed you should check out the Faridabad Riding and Polo Club.

There are any number of spas located in Delhi and you can pick one to accommodate your budget, location or specific massage requirement. While there are some spas that do send over people to your place of residence it is better to go to the spa.
The treatments available are more and varied than that available at your home. Prices start at around 500 rupees and go into the thousands depending on just how much you are looking to pamper yourself.
Water, Adventure and Amusement Parks
Appu Ghar, near Pragati Maidan, is the oldest amusement park in the country. It has roller coasters, Ferris wheels, bumper cars and a lot more rides. They also have food stalls and a couple of restaurants close by. Make sure you drink the mineral water from bottles that are sealed.
On the outskirts towards Haryana on the national highway there is yet another water and amusement park. In fact the National Capital region is full of these quick getaway resorts and most of them are quite good. Most have a hefty entrance fee with all the rides inside being free.
