How to get there: The train is by far the best way of reaching Anjuna Beach from other parts of India. Anjuna Beach is connected to the nearby railway junctions through the Mapusa Station. From the station, there are two ways of reaching the beach – by bus or by an auto-rickshaw. The bus is a more economical option and you can catch one at the bus stand which is situated right across the road from the railway station. Buses usually arrive at Kadamba. The best way to get around Anjuna Beach is by hiring two wheelers. There are an overwhelming number of bike and scooter rentals available here and the charges vary, depending upon the bike and the duration of the rental. On your part, you must ensure that the vehicles are fully insured and that the papers are in place. Apart from bike rentals, taxis and auto-rickshaws are available at all major crossroads and neighborhoods along the beach.
